The firm is structured for work in which strategic analysis, technical execution and organisational capability may need to remain connected.
Reglonix does not present scale that does not exist. Its proposition is senior practitioner involvement, evidence-led conclusions, technical depth where supported by practitioner capability, and proximity to execution.
That has a practical consequence. We turn down mandates that require a large delivery bench, a specialist accreditation we do not hold, or a domain where we would be learning at the client's expense. Saying so early is cheaper for everyone than discovering it in month three.

Every engagement is expected to produce a written conclusion containing a stated position, supporting evidence and implications for action.

Not every mandate runs the full sequence. A red-flag review may stop at diagnosis by design. A capability programme may begin at sustain. The stages describe the method, not a mandatory path.
