Capability architecture

Three practices, structured to stay connected.

Reglonix is organised through Project-42 Management Consulting, Project-9 Technical Services and Project-5 Capacity Building. Each holds its own capability. Engagements draw on whichever combination the problem requires.

Why it is structured this way

Advice, execution and capability are usually the same problem at three stages.

A firm that only advises hands over a document and leaves. A firm that only builds arrives after the decision has already been made badly. A firm that only trains teaches capability with no operating problem attached to it.

Reglonix is structured so that the diagnosis, the work that follows and the capability left behind can be held by the same practitioners under one standard. Where a client needs only one of those, they get only one.

The three practices carry 15 capability groups and 63 defined services between them. Each service has a stated scope, so a mandate can be assembled precisely rather than described loosely.

Combinations we see most often

Where the practices meet.

42 + 9

Diligence with technical depth

Commercial due diligence where the value of the asset depends on a technical or certification position that a commercial team cannot assess on its own.

9 + 5

Assurance that transfers

A quality or security intervention delivered alongside the training required for the client's own team to hold the standard afterwards.

42 + 5

Structure and the people in it

Organisational redesign paired with leadership development, so the new structure is run by people prepared for the roles it creates.
